Licence
Veškerá má textová i grafická díla (umístěná v doménách vybiral.info, www.gimp.cz nebo www.danix.cz a v jejich podadresářích či poddoménách) jsou šířena pod licencí Creative Common Licence(by-nc-nd). Pokud není výslovně uvedeno jinak. Jediná výjimka jsou díla týkající se GNU/Linuxové distribuce DANIX a Pomocný list pro GIMP v1 a v2. Tyto jsou šířeny pod Creative Common Licence(by-nd).
All of my texts and art (placed on domains vybiral.info, www.gimp.cz or www.danix.cz and in their subdirectories or subdomains) are published under the terms of Creative Common Licence(by-nc-nd). If there is not defined other licence at the concrete item. The ONLY EXCEPT is DANIX art and the “Pomocný list pro GIMP v1 a v2″. This content is covered by the Creative Common Licence(by-nd).

Obsah komentáře je majetkem jeho autora. Autor komentáře ručí za jeho obsah a z uveřejněného komentáře neplynou jakékoliv závazky komentujícího vůči autorovi webu nebo autora webu vůči komentujícímu.
